Superior HASL-1 hot-air solder leveling flux is a non-chloride activated, water-soluble, non-flammable organic flux specially formulated for hot-air solder level soldering processes in vertical and linear PC fabrication processes. Formulated for high temperature solders, this flux is stable and active during the heat cycle to promote rapid solder wetting to metal surfaces, and actually assists the solder process by relieving solder surface tension.
