Superior No. 80 is a Neutral pH halide-activated wave soldering formulation for foam, wave and spray applications. Its high activity level makes it suitable for difficult-to-solder surfaces, and it is compatible with all non-water-soluble solder masks. The flux’s solderability and cleanability make it adaptable to a wide variety of board styles, sizes and thicknesses. This wave solder flux is effective on bare Copper, OSP, HASL or plated surfaces, and can be used with clean bare copper, pre-tinned, nickel-based, or oxidized components.
Superior No. 84 is a halide-activated water-soluble wave solder flux that can be used for foam, wave and spray applications. Superior No. 315LF is a No-Clean flux formulated for wave soldering Lead-Free SN100C and SAC Alloys. It has a relatively low-solids (4%) content, and isfree of any halides and halogens, resin or rosin. This wave solder flux is ideal for soldering high quality PCBs in PTH, SMT and mixed technology assemblies.
Superior No. 420S (Spray) and Superior No. 420F (Foam) No-Clean fluxes are specially formulated for foam and spray applications in Tin/Lead wave soldering applications. These wave solder fluxes have low-solids content free of any halides/halogens, resin or rosin, and are ideal for soldering high quality printed circuit boards in PTH, SMT and mixed technology assemblies.
Superior No. 420S-LF (Spray – Lead-Free) and Superior No. 420F-LF (Foam – Lead-Free) are VOC-Free No-Clean fluxes formulated for wave soldering Lead-Free SN100C and SAC Alloys with a relatively low-solids (4%) content. Superior OSP-2D No-Clean flux is formulated for Lead-Free and Tin/Lead applications as a spray-on flux for thru-hole wave soldering applications. This flux can also serve as a protective surface and flux coating to protect PTH and SMT PCBs from oxidation post fabrication. Superior OSP-2D is formulated for Lead-Free and Tin/Lead solder applications and meets JIS-Z-3197 and IPC REL0 No-Clean standards.
