Superior solderability testing fluxes are RoHS compliant.
Superior No. 99-25.15 meets the requirements of J-STD-002 Flux #1 for tin/lead solderability testing (Sn63/Pb37 and Sn60/Pb40).
Superior No. 99-25.39 meets the requirements of J-STD-002 Flux #2 for lead-free solderability testing (Sn96.5/Ag3.0/Cu0.5, SAC305).
Both of these fluxes are made under strict laboratory conditions to ensure conformance with IPC J-STD-002 requirements.
