All soldering salts are RoHS compliant.

Superior Solder Salt is formulated as a Babbitting or cover flux. These solder salts have a wide process window due to their low melt point and high temperature capabilities and are recommended for copper, copper-based alloys, and ferrous metals. Solder salts are effective for dissolving oxides and tarnish, especially when molten.

Superior No. 27 and Tara 350 solder salts are formulated for processes incorporating tin-lead alloys with tin contents ranging from 30-85%. They can also be used with lead-free alloys. Tara 350 solder salt becomes active at a lower temperature than No. 27.
